Finally pulled the trigger and ordered one from HSS. A year late to the party, but here I come... 
I have a consolized MV-1FS. The compatibility problem should be fixed already, right? Or do I have to mod something?

It all depends on what you want?
1 slot -jamma
2 slot - neo geo system
4 slot -neo geo system
6 slot.- neo geo system
the 2,4 and 6 are only for neo geo wiring have stereo sound...
and the one slot is only jamma and the first ver. MV-1 pcb which looks big has stereo sound.

If you want just a 1 slot the MV-1C is worth considering as well given it's much smaller form factor and when coupled with a Lions3 plexiglass case looks sweetthanks guys
