I was offered an old project state cabinet, but I can't seem to find any info who manufactured these or what was the function of the small screen (10"?) at top. Would anyone here happened to have spotted this cabinet or know any info on the "Trilogy Video System"?

@darkairplane thank you very much I wouldn't have known what to look out for.
My guess is that "Trilogy Video System" was probably a sort of refurbishment company or brand back in the day. I did compare rest of the pictures with what I could find through google and can confirm it is PlayChoice 10 converted to run some other game. I've made a deal about the cab and will probably follow up a thread of my findings when it arrives. Need to see if conversion is reversible though the cab has gone through quite a lot from what I can see.
