Help Nanao MS8-26SG

[Still Green]

Hey all. Looking for some help. I have a sega Aero City, that is not getting a full vertical picture. Looks like maybe half inch of picture is missing from top of screen. Tried adjusting the vertical size and position pots with no luck. Also just installed cap kit from arcade parts and repair, but no change. The chassis is a Nanao MS8-26SG. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you meter the pots on the remote board? Are they working its not clear.

There are two heatsink at center of this board wich cause lots of issues on V out circuit, this area could become so hot, and some traces so fragile can fail due to the overheating and the weight of those heatsinks, check all solder joints on this, area and check all those parts:
C433, R433, R436 Q401 Q402 C437
