Help replacing Mortal Kombat 1 marquee light fixture

Hello,
Recently my Mortal Kombat 1 marquee light started flickering, and I went to investigate. Turns out the marquee light fixture is crumbling away as the picture shows. Anyone have any experience replacing these and how I should go about doing it?

If you want to keep the original fixture you can go to home depot or menards and buy two new sockets to replace those yellowed and crumbled ones.

Or you can just buy a new fixture and put an LED one in there. Fixtures are at home depot too. Just snip the existing wires and wire nut the new fixture in and you're all set.
