Help with Top3000 Programmer Drivers

@skate323k137 Thanks so much for keeping the files up, I never thought I would see the top 3000 running on Windows 11 with no tricks just plug and play, thanks again!

hi, does someone can share the last version of the top3000 software for win 10 ?thanks

When I open the soft a message popped up: only support modal:TOP2011/2013/3000/3100.
The driver installed is the following :
liusb-win32 devices
topall013
Does the driver is not appropriate ?

Does anyone have the latest software and driver, with no issue, to run the top3000 on win10?

I hopefully will get a better programmer in the future. However my Top3000 has had no errors and I even run it on a Mac.

I opened my unit when I got it and thankfully it didn’t have the leaky caps like other users have reported.
Hi, could you please explain how do you make the top3000 on a Mac ? What is the software that you used?

Every version works for me.
Do you have the same version of the driver ? Topall013 ?when I open the soft the message shown on the 2nd picture pops up and if I click on ok, the soft shutdown.

Perhaps your programmer is faulty as it’s not being detected by the software. Do you have a photo of it and what lights are illuminated?

Have you tried another USB cable or powering the device with a power brick?

If you’ve tried multiple machines and installed various versions of the software, I’d be inclined to think you have a dud and might be worth returning it for a refund / replacement.

when it is powered on, the red power led is on and when it is connected, after disable the device signature, the green led is also on. Yes i tried another usb cable too, the one I used for the proman simms programation, same result.
I am not able to make the updates of the soft through cloud or other, I arrive to a chinese site where I need I guess to register, I dont understand chinese.
The seller even didnt gave me the software, I asked him many times, he said that he sent it to my e-mail box, I never received anything in mail or spam, trash etc... an ebay seller...

Looks like it’s time to send it back for a replacement.

I am considering to buy another type of programmer , but I dont know which one is good, a wellon pv598, a T56 ?tired with these chinese crap

There’s generally no problems with the Top3000. I have been using mine for ages with zero issues. Sounds like you got a faulty unit or there’s something funky going on with your operating system.

The other two programmers you mentioned are most likely made in China too.

I’d suggest sending it back as faulty for a replacement and see how you go.
