Not really. I've not come across a single game that relies upon that pin for ground.

i'm in europe and bought this one a few weeks ago (it is 115V / 230V AC selectable)

- so far i'm pretty pleased with it

Thanks, that works and it's not too pricey, what wiring did you use? Does the HAS come with a power cable/connector?

It comes with fork terminals, piece of cake to hook it up to the Meanwell PSU. Also mentioned in the startpost btw.
