I think it was discussed that power cycle is the only way.I got my cart in and it seems to work fine. Does anyone know of a way to get back to the game selection menu? Other than turning it off and back on?
Thank you to @rewrite for doing this project.
I'm sure some of these will end up for sale here before too long. People have to part with their treasured things when the bills hit, or they realize they don't use something and it can go to another home.If ever you want to let a mvs go please consider me ..
Really wanted one followed from start..
Gutted not going to be able to get one of parts dry up.
There is a modded unibios available:I got my cart in and it seems to work fine. Does anyone know of a way to get back to the game selection menu? Other than turning it off and back on?

I sympathize with you. It is unfortunate that the parts turned out to be so rare.
The 2nd MVS cart was for my brother.
I have 1 MVS and 1 AES.
I hope we do not see any of these carts marked up on eBay or other marketplaces.

Good to know R2rito. I'll try this out myself and see what happens. Thank you for the reply. 8^)@Charlie Cat I had a similar issue with the AES cartridge I received and my console also is in the low serial numbers.
I wasn’t getting any sound from any game but no visual issues. I had to cleaned the contacts on the cartridge (I opened it to have better access at cleaning them), once I cleaned it all the games had sound.
I hope this helps, and I also had to do the same with the few home cartridges I have, they always had no sound or graphical issues.
Sorry, I saw your text at 530am this morning and went "Oh, I'll reply to that later" and now it's 10PM, and neither seemed like a polite time to text. Completely spaced it the rest of the day, sorry about that.Awesome, thank you for the link. I will ask my friend to burn me a copy since I don't have an eeprom burner.
Yeah, the M rom has pins that are directly connected to the cart edge, if they're too dirty to be read, no sound at all. And with varying cleanliness/age/tightness of cart slots, what may work okay in mine may not be clean enough for another or vice versa. After Khatru's I've started pre-cleaning/deoxiting them before shipping just in case.I wasn’t getting any sound from any game but no visual issues. *Probably* end of next week for you. Handful of 2 cart orders in there before you that'll slow things down a tad.Based on where I am in the status list it looks like you're about to contact me
Nope. And I asked him on here to, and he has not bothered to reply. Is your address gone from those other 2 forums? @rewrite
