the surround (white bent plastic w/ mounting hardware) and the Marquee (3 piece).

The surrounds ship from USA, California. The Marquees are seeming like they'll ship from here as well.

Here is your correction Here is a link. The marquee consists of the "Swing" logo, 3 pieces clear acryllic. The surround is the white part with mounting hardware. You can opt out of the surround- many swings down have them- but I personally like how it looks and it's how they all came from the factory. Up to you!
