Konami TMNT Sprites messed up

Any thoughts on what do look for on this issue. Sprites are all messed up, but all ram/rom passes tests ok and all masked roms report ok. The board is riddled with Fujitsu chips as per usual, but I can't seem to find anything wrong.

This could be caused by a faulty mask rom, or any one of a million other logic ic's being faulty such as a mux or the static ram. Depending on the condition of the board, it could even be a broken trace / via as these Konami boards suffer quite badly from corrosion.
