MiSTer FPGA

PGM would be a fantastic core! It has a great little library and it's not known to most retro gamers. Outside of the three very famous shooters, the brawlers on this platform are fantastic. There are also two very good fighting games in SVG and Martial Masters.

Misteraddons sells an ac adapter with switch.
Correction, they sell a dc splitter with switch. It powers the Mister and usb hub:

Thanks brother but I am looking for an AC adapter without the chain and only to power the Mister.. I think that the one from Misteraddon is to power both USB and Mister and looks funny.

Even rumors of the MK games being done. At least I am told that's what his $50 patreon supporters are pushing for.

I've only really been a fan of MK2, but the plus upgrades are making things very interesting! I'm eager to get into MK+ once it's finalized.
 
Mortal Kombat to me is a perfect mister project. I really only want to play it with all the arcade accurate aspects intact, and it's a weird board that needs some attention to detail to get right. But I just don't care enough about it to run original hardware. FPGA to the rescue!
 
Jotego seems the be releasing a lot of stuff, and also have a lot of stuff in the pipeline. Not complaining at all, but wondering if he’s going for quantity over quality at this point to appease his Patreon supporters?

That’s something I’ve been wondering too. So far he’s been able to deliver on quality and I hope he keeps up.
