Ms-2932 issue: Naomi CRT Test: Vertical lines are very faint (Recap needed?)

Hi! I'm having an issue with a Naomi monitor. The vertical lines in the CRT test pattern are very faint—barely visible. I've adjusted all the pots as well as the flyback; there is a slight improvement, but it's still not right. Does it need a recap? Thanks in advance!

Try checking the video amp section, weak vertical lines can also be caused by low video bandwidth or the monitor just being out of adjustment.

Knowing which chassis it has would help narrow it down.
