Sort of a shot in the dark here -
On both my cga to hdmi converter and cga to vga converter the following boards have a jumpy scrambled picture
mvs jamma
taito pcb
arpicade
however atomiswave and cps2 work fine. all boards work fine in a regular jamma cab.
I read somewhere these scalers like 3.3+ volt on the vsrgb input and some boards put out 5v+. Is it possible I should put some resistors in? if so what ohm?
or am I way off and theres something else wrong?
