I started working on this CF adapter in my free time
My intention is to make it public so that whoever wants one can make it
I will upload the gerbers and instruction soon
I've also been working on other adapters

Things needed:

2----- 0805 Led
2----- 1K 0805 Resistors
1----- 100nF 0805 Capacitor
1----- 1 Normal CF Socket
1----- 1 Male 50pin SCSI Connector (this is difficult to get)

Does booting from a CF take any less time than when booting from a network setup?

yeah netbooting can be miserable. "now loading" and 5 minutes later same thing. Is it working? hmmm.

if you have access to look at the Rpi network port - if the green light is blinking, packets are flowing - if not, reboot and try again.

so your would say that the rpi netboot takes maybe a bit longer than the CF boot or the other way around?
