I am powering it up with an ATX->Naomi adapter and am not getting any picture or audio using the VGA and RCA connectors on the filter board. On the monitor before powering up the Naomi I see searching for analog signal then when I power up the Naomi the monitor says going to sleep, the dip switches are set for 31khz. The RCAs are connected to a stereo amplifier.
I have tried to PSUs and the first one was showing 4.96V on the 5V (probably because there wasn't enough draw) and the second one had 5.05V.
I have a multi-bios on the way so when that comes I am going to swap it. All three fans spin up when I power the motherboard up as well the green and red LEDs are solidly lit. What should I be looking at?
