Does any one know why my Naomi would freeze at the game logo after during bootup? To be clear Naomi logo and game ID loads. Right after that the Capcom (X) logo will freeze. Has this happened to anyone, what could be causing this? How can I fix this? This happens with all carts. I have tried and tested the same carts on another Naomi successfully with a passing good for game and ram check.

UPDATE!
I think I may have found the issue. If I don't have exactly 5V the game will either freeze at the logo or not load at all after the Naomi screen. I also noticed my heatsinks are loose. Added Thermal paste and some pressure as an added benefit. I went ahead and ordered some thermal tape to secure it.
