I believe what you need at Q901 is:

• Power MOSFET: either 2SK1531 in silicone sleeve or 2SK1723 with mica insulator @ Q901

I believe that is for the MS9-29 and I did not see anything in that article suggesting the MS-2930 uses the same part.

Not sure how close the MS-2931 is to the MS-2930, but Q901 is listed in the MS-2931 manual as FS18RM-10.
