DARKSOFT New Namco System 1 Multi Instructions

This multi came today, seems to be working normally with a Rompers donor apart from the issues others have mentioned (wrong samples, Yokai and Shadowland not starting due to not having the SEEQ EEPROM). I ordered a SEEQ DQ2816A-250, hopefully that will fix it. Pretty happy with this thing so far!

EDIT: For those unaware, some games on this multi are designed for 4-way joysticks (Pac-Mania, Tank Force, Rompers, maybe others) and don't feel so great when played with an 8-way stick, use your restrictor plate to get a better experience with them:

On the JLF it's just a matter of turning the clear piece on the bottom IIRC

White sprites are a matter of wisdom.
Replacing the EEP-ROM will improve the black screen problem.

Yeah just checked the thread and others have the same problem, thanks.

Anyone know if it is possible to order the adapter for the TL-86 separately anywhere? I did the initial burn with a flashcat but when people said it was slow, they were not kidding, I think it took a couple hours. I want to get a TL86 for reburning an updated pack if one is released and for future multis using this memory.

I don't know where to buy an adapter for TL86 alone.
Others may know it.

I bought it at HIGH SCORE SAVES with an adapter set for TL86.
The writing time is almost over.

I used the flashcat to burn all modules....it spent 3hrs......some modules need longer time to burn the programme....

Having never owned a Dragon Spirit PCB, is massive slowdown when lots of enemies are onscreen normal? Game has always been kinda funky in MAME so not sure.

I used the pacmania donor
All games run but i have the screen flipped.
If i try with dip 1 screen is correct but show ram error.
Anyone know how i can fix it ?
