I'm fixing a last bug that I found and I need to check a couple of things on the Q sound Board. If you have a CPS1.5 that has the Qsound Board version 92636D-3 (the one with the 3 jumpe wires), and can help checking a couple of things with a multimeter, please PM me.

The CPS1 multi has been officially confirmed and is currently being developed as a co-venture between Darksoft & Apocalypse.

As of now here are some details (subject to change):

The multi will be similar to the CPS2, so it will will have:

• Pricing will be similar to the CPS2 multi, so expect it to cost somewhere around $350-400 EUR
• LCD screen for game selection/loading
• Load roms from SD card
• Any CPS1 game board set/combination should work with the multi
• As of now it looks like it will comprise of a B+C board together as a kit (so you should only need the A board with either the 10 or 12Mhz crystal) The C BOARD being integrated might change, you might still need a C board)
• Support for spinners, etc
• The addition to support Q-Sound is being looked into, no promises it will make it into the final version

Waitlist hasn't been updated in over a year and about 700 posts ago. It currently reads about 451 multis requested; I suspect the real number is close to 1000 at this point.

I believe this is an interest check thread, not a waitlist. I don’t think updating the “list” matters at this point (and @Derick2k is quite busy anyway), @Darksoft provably is just going to order whatever mfg volume he can afford to get, and his retailers will get them to distribute, and if you’re not paying attention the first run will sell out no matter when you expressed interest. Then he’ll do another batch, etc. Maybe there’s some “insider” url he can post here before they go public, but I wouldn’t rest thinking “yeah I put my name on that list 2 years ago”.

Even so, this will be a hot multi for sure. As a plus, I've been chatting with my buddy @hursit and he is working on something special to use with this multi. Get your wallet ready
