FS Pacman Custom Chip/Board 285

Trying to create pacman in FPGA from the ground up. After finding the daughterboard schematic in the manual for the 285 Sync Bus Controller, I see there is, in the bottom left corner of the page, a UO box with 130 written in it. The actual board doesn't seem to have this chip on there.

Any thoughts on what this is? Can it be omitted etc?

Man....I know you're new....but the sale threads, are really not the place for this.

Also...Craftymech has FPGA'd Pacman, for his BitKit device...perhaps reaching out to him, would be helpful.

Yeah - sorry about that - was due to a search. I posted, then couldn't see how to move it.
