I have a PC set up with CRTEmuDriver and it works. My Aero City cab is wired with a stereo amp with a 3.5mm input and works great with all my boards. Using the PC, I don't get any video at all on my Aero City cab unless I connect the audio from the PC to the stereo amp, which makes no sense!
Now, this wouldn't really be an issue, except the picture actually gets messed up whenever a loud sound plays. This means the audio and video ground are shared somehow. I checked the amp and it does combine the input stereo gnd with the cab's common ground, but if I disconnect the ground and power the amp outside the cab I get no video at all!
I tested the video ground all the way from the pc to the monitor chassis and it has continuity, so why doesn't it display anything until audio is connected?
