What's new
the point with the potentiometers is interesting but does it makes sense then that this phenomenon just starts after 20 minutes and is obviously temperature related?

Pots are soldered in too, so could suffer from the same issue.

Hi Guys,

got back to the machine and i noticed that when i make the picture smaller with the V AMP the problem vanishes.

so, i pulled out the small pcb:

i cannot soldier stuff myself. easiest would be jsut to buy a new board like that, cant be that expensive...any idea where to get this?

Not likely to find a new board, probably hard enough to find a used one. Why do you think that board is the problem? Make friends with someone that can solder or start practicing on scrap pc boards. Look at replacing that capacitor and all the other ones which was previously mentioned on the first page and spray contact cleaner in that variable v amp potentiometer and work it back and forth unpowered.
