I have a single monitor PlayChoice PCB that I want to use inside a JAMMA cabinet with an LCD monitor, using this adapter:

The games play fine but the image is off. I'm attaching images of both the menu as well as gameplay from Donkey Kong. As you can see, there is no visible selector for the menu (not sure if that's how it's supposed to be but I assume it's not), and the colors in the games are very weird. I know that Nintendo boards use negative sync, but I would expect the colors to be inverted if that were the issue here. I recapped the board and it still looks the same. I am pretty sure the monitor isn't the issue because it works just fine with other boards. For additional context, the monitor is a Unico Phoenix monitor, which is generally really good at handling whatever you throw at it.
