Hello!

Worth a shot right?

Doesn't need to have the paperwork or anything, looking for just the B board. Thanks!

If you can find me a US copy, I'd be happy to sell you my Japanese one. It's a CIB version, but for the US one, I'm just looking for a loose one.

Definitely an option to keep in the back pocket, thanks! Feels like it might be too much on the high side compared to being a bit patient though?
Yeah, I've seen it on YAJ much cheaper, but in this game it's how fast do you want it and how much do you want to pay? Waiting for a deal for a "relatively" common game will always pay off. The rare stuff is what can cause an instant purchase. I think a Japanese Progear isn't super rare, so I'd wait.

could be helpful:

Progear convert original

Thanks to Avalaunch I succed to re make an original Progear with original SIMMS from cps3 and puzzle loop.
To me this doesn't make any sense. It would make more sense to get a Darksoft multi, that way you can play all the CP2 games. Converting just one game is an expensive way to play a single game, and it's not the original, so the value isn't really there.

I’ve seen both genuine original B-boards and modified B-boards priced consistently under $100. Right as I was about to finish payment, the item got snatched up by someone else.

You won't find an original Progear for $100 anywhere.
This Facebook user posted it in the retro gaming group back around March this year. I’m absolutely certain about it; he was selling it for even less than $100.

Pretty sure that was a converted board.
Either way good luck to the OP!
