progear no arashi question

Hello, I have a question about the pro gear storm.
If you look at the board submitted by Japan Auction, the part about C Button(full Auto) is shown on the main screen.
Usually, when i play on Mame, that function doesn't come out.
Is that C button auto designed to work only on original pcb the board?
I'd appreciate it if you could answer. thank you.

You enable it in the service menu (for both mame and a real pcb)

Looks like it; I just checked the japan version anyway. it must be enabled under menus 7>2> option4

Yep, off by default on all ROM versions and real hardware.
