I got this one cheap as a total black screen job. Did the usual solder fix (yep a ton of loose legs on the customs and ROMs). This got me to black jailbars. A quick look around and there was a pretty bad scratch on the bottom cutting through a number of traces. Once fixed this got me to the picture.
Probed the latches in the graphics region anx nothing looks stuck. Thinking palette RAM mainly becaus of whats there and what isnt. So ill look into a replacement.

One of the LS was buzzing the logic probe but looked like poo on a scope. Changed that out and the sprites came good. Backgrounds are better but still poo. Some weird bridges that I couldnt see on the custom cleaned it up a little more but still not as much as I would like. I say weird because they were at the top of the legs, i suspect they may have been caused by someone trying to reflow the custom with a massive iron, because I would find it hard to put solder there even if i tried too.
