Would Dino/Mushi King plastics be an option? Pretty sure there would be a ton of people out there that would be interested.

Like the giant front bezel bit? Absolutely. They'd fit no problem, and aren't too too complex.

On cabs like the Aero or E29 etc this is not a big deal to do. Where they have the separate monitor shroud piece.

For cabs like the E2 where the tube's bare face is exposed, a lot harder.

Of course! And if they're too important maybe we should just drive them back and forth.

Picking up the vacuum table before next weekend (maybe this weekend). Cutting the frame in half and getting it into the workshop will probably take a day in itself, then however long before I've recovered from moving a giant horrible thing to weld it back together and rewire it.
 
All systems are go on the vacuum table 100% now. Paid for it yesterday, and picking up next Friday.

Thanks to a kind soul on here have an NNC bolt cover in hand, and 90% of the injection molding setup has arrived. Plan to rearrange the workshop across the next week, get the bolt cover into CAD, and build the injection mold machine once the last part comes in.

It's coming together!
