After my port of NBA JAM TE/SE
Comes:
A port of MK2 Rev 3.0 onto Wolf Unit (UMK3,MK3,Hangtime,Rampage,WWF and so on).

What's new:
========
- Based on Revision 3.0 with minor changes (no other src leak).
- It's missing the code for sliding down the spikes in the stage fatal.
- All hardware i/o / DMA2 / protection / DCS / CMOS stuff remapped.
- Dip / PAL/SCRATCH/GFX RAM tests etc fixed.
- Individual stuff like select screen/diag/game inputs fixed.
- Rebuilt DCS audio for Wolf boards / 4x 8Mbit chips
- Show endings in test menu added. (for debug)
- Deprotected, it should run even w/o PIC, please test.
That doesn't seem like a lot of changes but it took 2 years to get here.
Stuff left todo:

- Board pics in diag mode.
- ROM crc tests
- Double check dips
- Some day, backport L3.1 / L3.2 changes/fixes
- Someone please test this on real hardware!!

If anything is upgraded from the todo list, this will just be a 2-rom reburn, gfx and sound remains the same between all MK2 revisions.
I have decided to release this in the current state, as i keep postponing it because of time issues, or i get lost in writing more documentation.
(My backlog is also insanely full, i need to pick projects carefully.)

It's a full port of the T-Unit code into W-Unit (which is very similar, but not quite.)
A lot of time and work went into this. I started back around Christmas 2023, so it's almost a year of work, reverse engineering, fixing up code, (back/forward)porting of stuff from Hangtime and so on.
