Ridge racer v not booting

Faced such a problem that I keep getting stuck on this screen when I try to boot Rrv. I tried different drives, but the problem kept the same. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?

It’s either I/O or drive related, I know you said you replaced the drive with the one I recommended but you may need to try another drive, I just realized the other day that they are also very picky.

But we have the same drives. Why does it work for you and I don't?
