But I don’t think @Arcade game feels the same way about his a PayPal funds.

The fact that he replied yesterday gives me hope.

Make the right choice @Arcade game . Realise your PayPal funds are safe and finish the job.

@Darksoft I’ll explain and keep it short
Tony order a cab from me on Facebook’s messenger and i explain the process and told him 2 months or a bit more and the he would get pics of final product,he said it was okay and that was ready to pay
And wouldn’t mind waiting,so he paid me $1800

About 3 weeks into waiting he demanded progress pictures and when i told him i still had time he started to flip and started to threaten me
And we argued that day for a while
I told him i had already spend money on sandblasting and powder coating services and that it was about $650 or so,he told me he didn’t care and wanted a full refund and just to sell the cab to someone else

Later on that day tony told me he had an idea
That he would try to sell the cab to a friend of his So
That’s how @BobsDude got into the picture,they made a deal not sure if cash or part trade

So bob contacted me the next day and said he would be the new owner of the cab,that all i had to do when the cab was finished was to tell him for him to send the shipper
So tony,bob and me were on the same page
And that was the final agreement

To my surprise 16 days or so Later ,TONY file a claim ,claiming to paypal an unauthorized purchase on his credit card and paypal took $1800 right away and put my account on hold
That means he lied about it from the beginning to get away with it



tony had the refund and bobs money as well for about 5 moths, how come he wasn’t acting the way he is now when he had both our money for so long?

I called him out on A Facebook group and he didn’t even bother to reply or defend him self


I depend heavily on paypal for the cab restorations and couldn’t and didn’t make a single penny for those 5 months cause my account was on hold and couldn’t sell anything that involved getting paid by paypal so i got behind on some arcade restorations

Also when the cab was finish @BobsDude didn’t want the cab anymore as well

Considering tony broke the deal we all had
Why i i’m responsible to pay bob back when bob never game me or pay me a single dollar?
Both of them back out from buying the cab

What i do believe I’m responsible for is
To give tony back the refund when paypal finally gives it back to me

I’ll repeat @BobsDude never pay me a single dollar or any type of payment

But yet I’m trying to help @BobsDude ,something tony should of done in the first place considering he got bob into this mess and back out of the deal twice

@tonyt76 you should be ashamed of your self for doing all this mess and for dragging your friend and not keeping up
 
Yep, IF Tony filed a chargeback AFTER taking Bob's money, then tony's a scamming pos, and AG would/should be understandably pissed about all that.

However, AG has apparently been made whole by paypal, having tony's money AND the cab....while tony has bob's money, and bob's left with a shit sandwich.

The logic on who needs to settle bob is not complicated here, but instead we have a children's game of he said/she said, and no one posting the actual documentation, while bob continues to take the high road and snack on his shit sandwich.

So...as dignity, courtesy, patience, respect, and integrity are something we are actually supposed to reward, and not punish here....I'm going to step in and offer this.

Bob, if these two can't finish this out, please PM me your shipping info. I have a box with a few of my spare boards that you can sell/keep/flip however you see fit, that should net you around 300ish $.

It's not what you want and i get that, It's not what you deserve, and it's not what should have to happen, but they are here, they didn't cost me anything, and they can help towards making you whole, if the courage and decency to do the right thing, cannot be found here.

In the meantime, two more names to the "do not deal" list, and i'm gonna put the mic down, and walk away from this cluster of NG forum-like behavior.

A real friend would of been here’s your refund and i handle it like a real man with the seller

When you get cabs and games you’re always lying to try to get them

Nobody likes you

In my mind, I wanted this to just be over so I made it clear that I would prefer the funds back. That would be done and dusted. Can’t be unhappy with that. If I got a cab and it arrived in a state that I was unhappy with in any way, I’d have to accept whatever arrived which is a big mystery to me.

Now that we are approaching 1 year since this all started and half a year since @Arcade game PayPal has reopened for use you may be right.

Dude, you had Tony's money all along. That's why your Paypal account had a negative balance.

Nobody believes a word that you're saying, because it would take all of 3 minutes to log into Paypal and show that Paypal "stole" $1800 from you, but you can't, because all it would actually show is that you withdrew all of the money after you received the payment from Tony.

Pay up.

Yes! Redact all embarrassing deductions paid to OnlyFans or non-related transactions of that ilk. Though, don't redact the amounts and dates so people can do math. But yeah brother, posting the transaction history will work to turn the tide back in your favor if you are not the culpable one.

A man isn't worth a damn thing if his word is shit. We all have a friend or acquaintance in our midst who we can't trust. And we all know to avoid those dudes. This whole thing is not worth your man card, brother. Post the transaction history.
