There’s a shell game here called Where’s The Money. Focusing on just Arcade Game’s PayPal balance alone, my understanding is:
1) PayPal balance started at $0.
2) Tony sends $1800. Balance is now $1800.
3) Arcade Game withdraws funds from the account to start the restoration. Balance is now $0.
4) Tony files the chargeback and PayPal withdraws $1800 from the account. Balance is now -$1800 so the account is locked since it’s in the negative.
5) PayPal reps are contacted and the chargeback is reversed. Balance returns to $0 and the account is unlocked.
That means that Arcade Game Has The Money - he withdrew $1800 before the account went negative and then restored back to zero.
Arcade Game, the only way you can say you were ripped off here is if you had to deposit $1800 back into the account to restore the balance to $0 and get the account unlocked - and can provide a PayPal screenshot showing that you did that.
Anything else is just worthless name calling that’s damaging your reputation.

For the record for everyone reading this:
Some members have been extremely rude to me on here from day 1. I joined this hobby for the love of arcade cabs and games. Some people here like to sit behind their keyboard all day and run people through the mud on discord channels and facebook groups. All of this drama and non-sense has left a huge sour taste in my mouth, and as a result I want nothing to do with this hobby anymore. It's really sad that a few miserable people have to ruin it for others who are just trying to have some fun and re-live their childhood. To top it off, when I asked the community to just leave me alone and let me sell my stuff and leave quietly, these same members just cant let it be.
While I forgive these people and wish them well, I really wish I didn't have to leave on these condition's. Don't let them ruin it for you too.

@nem that thumbs down was given solely because tony had posted on a different post that he is leaving the hobby and did not wat to start any more drama. that was him starting more drama, and has absolutely nothing to do with my opinion on the matter of who wronged who and who owes who money. Omar's full name is literally in the first post. Repeating someone's name later in the thread isn't doxing... Tony also shared his own name several times.
Not that listing their first and last name is doxing at all to start... Doxing would be giving out their name, phone number, address, place of work, etc etc.
And 2/3 of the forum knows Tony's name anyway because he does business with EVERYONE and is all over FB/KLOV/etc too, so...

Eh, I'm not one to be called out on something I didn't do and then not reply. I offered a correction and moved on, hardly continuing drama.
Sometimes drama is what is needed. Darksoft closed this thread for months because 'something, something, Paypal 7 to 11 days'. And nothing happened. That was in September.

I’m not getting involved at all but just wanted to throw out my two cents. This situation is simply a matter of anger/frustration and comes across as simply wanting to be “right” but there’s an innocent bystander involved.
Good transactions don’t make bad ones ok for anyone and regardless of fault and who caused what, the outcome here is simply for one of a few things to happen in my humble opinion:
1. @Arcade game sends @ItsBobDudes the money and flips a few cabs to make up the “loss.” We’ve all won and lost in sales so even if this is a loss, there’s been plenty of profit wins so just take the L and be happy with all the Wins you’ve had and will have once you clean this up.
2. @Arcade game delivers the cab to @ItsBobDudes . The cab was originally done so it should be as simple as calling the shipping company and getting this going.
3. @Arcade game Sells the cab here on the forums to ANYONE that’s willing to buy it with the sole intent of getting the money to @ItsBobDudes ASAP.
All that said I think what might help is to have @Darksoft put a final resolution date in place and if this isn’t resolved implement a ban for all parties (of course not @ItsBobDudes ).

This is basically what I've been saying. I would not allow someone to call me a flipper or a lier, if that's something that can be quickly resolved, by showing a Screenshoot of my PayPal.
