Sanwa 27Z21J Chassis flyback arcing - fixable?

I did some more digging on my ozone smell issues and after thinking it was the anode cap (cleaning and re-seating it) I discovered what was really arcing: the flyback.

Chassis is a Sanwa 27Z21J.

I've heard some people say its trash and I should bin it, others say I need a new flyback, and others still say I just need to clean it or possibly varnish it.

Any thoughts or tips?

No reason to trash the chassis, but you do need a new flyback.

No idea if there are any aftermarket ones.
