sanwa monitor Component ID

Hi
Can anyone help me identify this component that broke off my chassis. From what I can tell its a 3.8 mh inductor there are only 2 results on digikey for such a part and neither looks like the part I have. does anyone know where i can get a replacement

Maybe a 7A 3.8mH inductor? I'm a bit of a noob. Can you try finding the monitor manual / circuit diagram, looking at the pin labels on the PCB, and figuring that out? Something like https://www.arcade-museum.com/manuals-monitors/Sanwa 29E31S_SERVICEMANUAL_Ver1.2.pdf (I have no idea what monitor you have, this is just a random manual), but you can see on the page labeled 14 for example that there are some coils listed.
