Sanwa PM1723D needs isolation transformer?

I will be replacing this chassis on a Capcom Mini cute and was wondering if this chassis needs an isolation transformer.

I know a lot of chassis have it built in and do not need one added to the cab but I do not see it on this chassis. I have been told no but wanted to be sure.

My Mini Cute Sanwa chassis has no isolation transformer.
