Does anybody have access to a Ghost Squad cabinet. I am trying to find the dimensions for the LED BD modules that surround the outside of the screen. I just need the four corners which make a square.
It should be something like 1000mm x1000mm square, I am guessing. Please from the center of the modules (so inbetween the two led lights on each board)
If somebody could please help me out, much appreciated.

Hey, thanks.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. There are 10 led modules arrayed around the screen. So there are four modules in each corner of the screen. I need the dimensions from the centers of the four modules. I am trying to set up the 10 leds on a custom screen. But I want the leds to be spread out the same as the original screen size. So I need two dimensions horizontal and vertical. Something like 1000mm x 1000mm

It's hard to measure from the led boards so I measured from the bezel led holes.
- Horizontal, from middle led hole to edge led hole: 11.75 inches/29.845 cm. From left edge led hole to right edge led hole 23.375 inches/59.372cm

- Vertical, from top middle led hole bottom middle led hole: 21.5 inches/54.61 cm
Ghost squad 21.5 inch.jpg

My bezel size is 28.812 inch x 25.125 inch/73.184 cm x 63.817 cm.

The positioning of the leds are like this.

I don't think you need to be exact. The positioning I think it's more important. It'll be different for 29 inches monitor (upright version) vs 50 inches monitor (deluxe).

The problem I’m having is I am using the sega ghost squad gun sensor board connected to my pc via uhid (see video link if you want below). The aim point on screen is not tracking where I am pointing the gun properly. I have had to offset the led sensors to make it playable. So I’m going through a process of elimination. It works but not good enough.

I tried setting them up the same as your dimensions. Still not tracking properly.
I see that you have what looks like an earth wire attached to the bezel. Can you please tell me where this wire goes. Some photos would be good.
It seems the problem I am having is the raw signal from the gun I/O board goes straight to the UHID then to the PC. It is possible that the signal is not clean. And that appears to be true because the crosshairs on the screen do seem to jump around alot. Also the crosshairs kind of jump from one part of the screen to the next, rather than being a smooth movement as you would expect.
Could you also please tell me. Where does the LED sensor wires go after then exit the gun I/O board. I wonder if I need to add another board before the UHID. I was thinking about going out of gun sense board and into I/O control JVS. But I dont know where to go after that. And I don't have the I/O board, I would need to buy. Please advise if you think this is a good idea. I am just trying everything.

P.S is the bezel the black boarder that the leds fit to. Do you know where I can buy one of these. That would make things easier.

This is how the leds are currently. Because my computer monitor is wide screen the leds are set up like a rectangle. I think they need to be more like a square, Maybe the I/O board does calculations based on the leds being square. Anyway, I will give it a go and post results.

P.S See how the leds are not evenly spaced. That is how I had to set them to get the aim the best I could get it.

I’m clutching at straws a bit. But thought if I put the x and y signal through another board and try to keep the circuit the same as the arcade machine before going to the UHID I might be able to get a cleaner signal. Also that ground or earth wire on the bezel might help so some information on that would be good please.
Plus any thoughts from others would be helpful. Thanks

Can you check with your cellphone to see if all your leds are on on all the led boards?

I just turn the lights off and I can see all the dull red lights are on.
Its weird because it tracks left and right axis, and up and down, and it knows where the center of screen is when calibrated in windows game controller properties. Its just a bit haywire or not smooth. It also does not exactly line up with gun sights. But when I move the leds as photo above, the signal gets smoother and better line up with sights. But still off to the left. So by moving the leds I can make the gun sights line up with the crosshair on the monitor. But I should not need to this. It should be accurate and I don’t know whats wrong. If you could please send the earth wire to bezel detail that might help. There is a reward for whoever can figure it out 🤣🤣

The big green wire goes to ground so it's not connected to anything. The other connector goes to connector CN1 on picture I attached.

Thanks very much for this. What is “The other connector goes to connector CN1 (I think you mean CN7) on picture I attached.”? Is this the LED cable. I have plugged my LED cable into XH 6P on the gun sense board (see schematic drawing above). But I assume you plug your LED cable into the I/O Control Board for JVS, part number 837-14505 on schematic (although I note your board has a different part number). Can you please trace you LED cable and confirm which board that plugs into. I think it should plug into the gun sense board XH 6P (part 838-14465) Thanks again

Sorry, I might be wrong. It's hard to trace it without cut all related zip ties. It's better to follow the wiring diagram.

I can not see CN1 on the diagram
I have mine plugged into XH 6P on the gun sense board. I think this is correct. See diagram

So the leds go into the gun sense board then to the I/O board. Do you know where they go after this. My leds go out of the gun sense board straight to uhid then pc
