Sega Rally 3 Dongle

Does anyone have a source for a replacement Sega Rally 3 USB security dongle, or know of any workarounds to get a machine running without one?
After having multiple issues with the PC in the bottom of my Sega Rally 3, it looks like the dongle itself may have finally died. During the launcher process, it's able to copy about 70% from the security dongle before saying "Error: Copy Failed"
I've attached a few pictures of the error and the dongle itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Turns out it was just the drive! Ah well, now I have a spare dongle for if this one does actually die.
