APOCALYPSE Sega System 16B Multi Sales, Installation and Support

Ohhh, great. So it seems we've solved the problem. I was sure it had to be a loose connection. Even so, with the arcade board powered on, try gently touching the multi-PCB (always wearing latex gloves), applying light pressure, to see if the graphical glitches reappear. That way, we can definitively find that loose connection and finish the installation. However, I have to say that loose connections aren't as easy to locate as they might seem. Detecting some of them can be a nightmare.

P.S.: Could you upload a screenshot of a game working correctly now?

I was joking, but meant literally eprom socket + subboard with more eproms + sub-sub-board selector.

Wouldn't that technically be possible? Kind of like what Tailsnic does.

I mean, I'd personally be fine sacrificing Wrestle war and MVP to play a couple of those unofficial games
Not quite that easy. Without building and programming a new cpld file you could only swap a game that uses the same romboard originally. Most likely not a match for a less-desireable game.
