I bring this solution to anyone who wants to disable this useless expansion present in a few Shadow Warriors / Ninja Gaiden / Ninja Ryukenden jamma boards.
The jamma boards which have this monster, only have 2 of the 8 GFX4 sockets populated.
They come directly on 27c4001 eprom mode, so you'll only have to do the following steps:
- Join J5 and J7 jumpers, and disable/cut J6 jumper (if they aren't)
- Flash the 2 binary files of your game version attached in this post on 2 x 27c4001 eproms
