Street fighter zero 2 not adress error

Hey,

I have a street fighter zero 2 (phoenix) with this issue :

- first, the game works

- after a few minutes, i get this :

I found, with the game unplugged, a residual voltage on CC1, EXC5 and D5. If i short one of these capacitors, the game works again a few minutes and then i get the same adress error. I removed EXC5 and CC1, the residual voltage keeps coming.

If i try to boot again without discharging the capacitors points, i get other errors like this :

Or simply a black screen.

I tried to reactivate the A board fan (previously unplugged it), now the game seems to work great, no errors anymore '.
