Supergun DB15 controller to Megadrive adapter (not MD>Neo but Neo>MD)?

Could we just buy used official controllers and send the pcb to you?

Why not try and pad hack an official controller or third party then?
Actually have an upcoming project I'm working on by wiring the pad up to a DB15 Breakout Board

This project would be more compact, no wires or other stuff hanging around. I prefer this solution.
