System 246B stuck initializing

Hey everyone, I just got hold of a disassembled 246B system with Soul Calibur 2. After getting it running it looks like the game is booting but sticking at an initialization screen. Any ideas on what causes this?

Check if your dongle is clean, second, you may want to change your dvd drive if it’s still stuck on the initializing screen. That screen is normal, it shouldn’t take long to load.

dvd drive or simply the DVD. burn another copy
