Hey everyone! Pretty new to working on cabinets, but I acquired an old X2 loaded with King of Fighters and I’ve run into a bunch of issues.
I know for a fact that it worked when I got it, but it has since stopped working. Pretty sure that the PC inside has burnt out.
When I turn it on it just shows a black screen not a no connection, so it’s a getting a signal.
I replaced the ram and tested a few other parts, but at this point they want to try and use one of my spare gaming PCs to make a mame unit.
The issue I’m running into is figuring out a way to connect the Taito fight sticks to another pc. Anyone know of any software/other hardware that I could use to make another PC read the signal from the cabinet?
