Hi! :)

I would like to know if we can test the status of chips D4564323G5-A10-9JH with an eprom programmer ?

I have a Naomi Black Screen motherboard.

I don't know what chips are located for this problem ?

Apparently they are in pairs when they malfunction :S

I have several new chips but I would just like to change the good ones and not waste new ones in a vacuum :saint:

I'm going to desolder them all with the Chip Quik SMD Removal Kit so as not to shoot them too much at the hot air station :saint:

So basically there is a test bench with an adapter on eprom programmer for his little bugs :saint:

Thanks

i dont know of anything that tests that ram
i suppose you could build something from a nucleo-64/144 or some other dev board that runs at 3.3v and has a lot of I/O pins
most people just swap them and if it works the ram was bad.
they dont fail in pairs btw - they are used in pairs.

if it's black-screen though, check the fan(s) and check for 3.3v at the main chips.
the board monitors the tacho pin from the fan - if it's not pulsing it wont power up the main chips - so they dont burn.
