TTX 3 ATRAX MULTI GAME V6

Weird that it's marked with a TTX4 logo considering that the Artax Multi previously made a big deal about being optimized around the TTX3.

EDIT: After looking over the game list and reading the description, I susptect it's not the "official" Artax Multi V6, but a customized image that uses the same frontend.
 
It can’t be V6 as it’s hidden and not freely available. Also the lists don’t make sense. Look at you tube for V6 ?
This is why people who want it for private collections can not get it because of cheating robbers who are messing it up for the honest ones.
Also as I have found V4 has a lot more games on it but not set up to run or show up on the front end.
 
Does anyone know exactly what that PCB does? It is just adaptation or is it possibly protecting the drive? Bootleggers gotta boot....

We should all split the cost of this, make an image of it, and share it with the AP folks :)

Kinda what I was getting at when I asked if the drive might be protected. I doubt it but also never put it past bootleggers to try to protect "their" profits. (See, people locking ringedge drives to keychips when a key chip emulator existed, or one ring2 multi someone showed me where the seller literally glued the keychip into their motherboard).
 
If people buy this crap, they deserve to be ripped off. Adding games is not rocket science - It was already explained in previous post.

It is much better to get the base image and just add the games you like.

I don't know if I would say people deserve to be ripped off, but "a fool and his money are soon parted." Arcade is definitely a hobby where the amount of money you put in is inversely proportionate the effort you're willing to put in.

The enclosure doesn't look to be anything fancy on 1st glance, so yea, I would say save your money folks.
 
I would love to learn how to add the apm3 games to the v4 image.

Is there a list of the games they added between v4 and v6? Im pretty sure I have all those accounted for already and dont need to add them to my drive.

More importantly, besides the games, are there any significant changes/improvements between the versions?
 
Hiya, I’m having an issue with jvs on this, might just be me missing something, everything works fine using fast I/o but apparently fast I/o and nesica reader are no longer needed for this so I tried putting my noir back to standard jvs and although everything runs I have no controls, anyone know what I’m missing?

Under Utils, did you select JVS MODE?
