UltraSIMM issue

I had a working Darksoft setup for my CPS3 but I recently decided to upgrade to the UltraSIMM setup. All the memory units appear to be correctly seated and in the right locations, but it's saying I don't have enough memory. What could the issue be?

Is your cart on UltraBIOS?

SuperBIOS was the one before. It does not support Ultrasimms.

Stupid question but you did program the simms?
