I have a hiccuping Billabs Chassis. The model number sticker fell off so I'm not sure exactly what it is. It's running a flat 27" HUI EEI A59ERF181X44 tube. The screen is mounted in an ICE pinata game. I just finished a recap because the non-polar cap was metering at double the spec, but the replacement metered at the same value. The recap didn't help. I understand this issue happens when the board is over-currenting, and shuts down then tries to restart? Any suggestions what could cause this problem? I'm at a loss other than measuring every single resistor.
Alternatively, is there a cheap replacement chassis compatible with this tube?
Thanks,
