Washed out picture

Hey guys. So, I got a Naomi mobo in the mail today so I busted out my MvC2 cart from my other mobo, plugged in all my shit and turned it on. The picture looks super washed out. Took it out, put it in my other mobo, fired it up and it looks fine.

Any idea what could be going on? It doesn't look like anything unusual going on inside, but for whatever reason it immediately looks all gray and shitty. Will get some pictures shortly for comparison.
