The one on the left is working correctly, the one on the right powers on but no audio.

Does anyone know which cap is the correct value?

470uF 16V is correct for 400-5261.

Are the PSUs identical otherwise?

470uF 16V is correct for 400-5261.

Are the PSUs identical otherwise?
Yes, both pretty much identical. The one with the 100uf cap works perfectly fine, outputs all the corrects voltages.

Do the solder joints look like the cap has been replaced at some point?
