Please I would love one with a good image if you have one or know of anybody.

Thanks

I'm located in Bellingham WA and can arrange freight.

Monitors (esp good ones) are getting really hard to find, my buddy purchased a Tekken 5 machine just to rip its Sanwa PFX out.
Removed anything else of value and tossed the entire cab into the dumpster.

If you have a working chassis perhaps you can tube swap it with a TV freebee from Craiglist?

Shouldn’t be too hard to find on the West coast. Especially further south.

If you have an account at KLOV, I’d suggest posting there. Plenty of guys in Southern Cali frequently sell/give these away.
I myself was able to get 2x 25” monitors recently from a guy in LA.

Or just fix the one that you're having problems with instead of letting it go to waste by buying another.
I concur. Do you not have one at all? Or is the one you have not performing well? If not performing well, then it is an easy fix. If it is dead, still a fairly easy fix. If the tube is burnt, you can swap it.

He's the same gentleman with the Raiden cab from the other thread, I believe you posted asking for pics :P

What's wrong with the Raiden one? I bet you could get it looking great just by servicing the chassis, possibly rejuvenating the guns (donor tube would be even better), and then dialing it in.

K7000 is very easy to work on and a good percentage of the tubes that I have rejuved have come back very strong. Most of the time the restore function works and I don't even need to do the rejuvenate process.

I took it into an electronics repair and they recapped the pcb and the neck and replaced the fly back.

I reinstalled it and the burn in comes on the monitor but no image. I took some pics to hopefully identify the problem and will post them later in my general arcade thread

I had an image before I brought it just no color red.

This will sound stupid but make sure your RGB cable is plugged into the chassis. I've forgotten to plug it in more than once.

Oh and k7000 are horrible for cold solder so check every header pin and resolder if necessary. I bought a Ridge Racer standup can once and I was able to pull the RGB connector right out of the chassis without using any force while it was still installed.

I believe so:

The pins are in a single strip of tines but require 2 connectors. I am pretty sure they would only connect one way.

As for the cold solder. Just go over solder points and look for lines of breakage?

Look for solder joints with holes or cracks in them. Also if they look “collapsed” or caved in.
