FS Xed and Mirko repro Monkeyball banana and harness

For Sale
Man, it makes me so sad that I was not able to be a part of this when it was active. I really hope the print files can be made available someday whether its free or not.
It's nice to see that the Sanwa JLK-GF2-EV joystick variant is workable for both this repro as well as the actual cab itself, which is nice. Hoping to put everything together someday

You can get 95% of the way there:

Arcade Art Shop website has the panel, the amp PCB, the 220-5737 5k pots (gundam stick pots are wrong value 1k), harness, yellow button: https://www.arcadeartshop.com/?s=monkey&post_type=product Don't get the restrictor disk from there though, it's the wrong size.

The correctly sized restrictor is here: https://www.arcade-projects.com/thr...or-gundam-stick-monkey-ball-joysticks….27779/

thinkverse has the 3d prints for the gundam stick mounting bracket for the panel: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4564965

yahoo auctions japan has the gundam stick.

The only part you can't get right now the the actual banana but I read on this forum that some are working on new updated 3d prints and possibly even an injection mould version.

I was able to piece it together. I used Alberto's panel and the gundam stick mounts directly there. I also made the harness using XeD's help with pinouts. I 3D printed the banana for now though so I also still want to get a banana repro. I might even figure out how to make this myself with my local makerspace.

I appreciate the resources for this. I have seen this storefront and they definitely have a lot, but sadly the amp has been out of stock for a while. do they restock often? Also, i don't see the pots or the 220-5737 on there. D: am i blind? excuse me if im being dumb.
I am very new to this scene, so there is a lot that I haven't fully understood quite yet, but I have been doing an insane amount of reading and i feel like im learning.

I feel like i would prefer to get the revision joystick because they still sell them new and it feels like it's simply better to just get that instead of trying my luck with buyee. I have been looking for a while and haven't found a single listing yet for the gundam joysticks (unless once again I am being very blind here. I have been using a variety of search terms in english and japanese to try and find them)

And now the banana's are here :D

That's brilliant nnap. Ill get some printed with pcbway.

You are right, the amp is sold out. They are made by John Bennett in the UK so you could ask the shop owner does he plan to ask John to do another run or maybe message John directly on the ukvac website.

I don't see any gundam sticks in yahoo japan right now but put a search alert for "gundam control" or "ガンダム コントロ"
They come up all the time. Expect to pay 50-70 euros plus the import fee lottery. Don't pay 500 for the JLK-GF2-EV. I bought a whole after burner climax deluxe cab for that and it has a JLK-GF2-EV. No way it's worth that.

Thanks for sharing those links. I am gonna pick up those pots when i can. I'll also try to reach out to them about the amp. That is something I'm absolutely going to need down the line.
Right now my plan isn't to get a Naomi until I have my own cab to put everything in first, so in the meantime, I want to run retropie on a raspberry pi 5 and hook up the gundam joystick to that (after going through an analogue/digital breakout first). so some of the things im not sure if i need immediately.

As for the gundam stick search, how frequently do you usually see them pop up on buyee? I agree that spending so much for the EV is not really ideal- i think that it is nice to have a brand new piece though rather than something thats used- but it is definitely stupid expensive. We'll see
