The schematic for yaton’s cabs is similar but you need to print the document, dip it in water and wait until mold attacks the piece of paper. Once that’s done, empty an ashtray on it and you have the proper schematic.
Sure did! I like it original as much as possible and the board inside my NNC was more mold than wood...
They confirmed that they were out of marquees for NNC :(
Would you have an idea where we could get one? I’ve looked around and came back empty handed. Mikonos was quoting 56 Euros for his repro and I was about to order it... thanks!
The stickers on the back were repro’d:

AFAIK, the only repro artwork that’s faithful to the original is made by Mikonos at ZonaArcade:

I tested all the Windy’s with Guillaume and they’re all problematic... collapsed monitors or heavily distorted images. Chuck Norris probably had a few games on all cabs as all control panels are destroyed. The good news is that all cabs had working PSU’s (for now), but all of them are project...
Correct me if I’m wrong, but everyone is free to buy from BC or Montreal and have it shipped wherever they want depending on what they deem is cheaper. Keep in mind that XeD prices are in USD and the prices in Montreal are in CAD.
Why wait tho? 1400 landed in Vancouver is still an excellent price for an Egret II and owners never sell them anyway... 1000 for a Windy II in (what appears to be) excellent condition also seems quite cheap.
POTUS doesn’t want those stinky cabs from overseas: it’s very unfair for the business of american stand up wooden cabs. You’ll have to keep all those Egret2’s and Windy2’s for us Canadians... ;)
So yeah... we are many in Montreal still interested in getting cabs...
FYI, TOPS just sold a bare Akai Katana PCB for 229 000 yens (but I think for once they undervalued the item). I'm aware of two Akai Katana full kits that sold in 2018 between collectors: one for 3000 Euros and one for 3500 Euros.
